Our spacious apartment features three beautifully designed bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to provide a restful and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept living area offers the perfect place to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease throughout your stay. Step onto the private terrace to enjoy the warm Tulum weather and the peaceful views of the surrounding gardens.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private terrace and plunge pool. During your stay, you’ll also enjoy access to Amaya’s shared amenities, including the rooftop swimming pool, barbecue area, landscaped common spaces, and private parking. Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival to ensure a smooth and convenient experience.

Self check-in is available for your convenience, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment. Housekeeping services may be available upon request for an additional fee. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, parties and events are not permitted, and we kindly ask that you respect the community’s quiet hours. Please note that Tulum is a rapidly growing destination, and there may occasionally be construction-related noise in the surrounding area. Renting a car, scooter, or bicycle is recommended for the easiest way to explore everything Tulum has to offer.
