How long can I stay?

Most of our units are available for a nighty, monthly and yearly stays. They come fully furbished and we rent with all amenities and services included (electricity, gas, HOA fees, etc.) 

What type of inventory do you operate?

We operate small boutique hotels, apartment style stays and luxury villas across multiple destinations.  

What info do I need to provide when I book?

When booking you will have to fill in a check in form which requires basic contact details and an ID.

How can I pay for my reservation?

We are fully cash less all our reservations must be paid in advance, depending on the length of stay or specific property policies (predominantly villas) we may require partial or full payment with confirmation.

What if something goes wrong through my stay?

We are local and have feet on the ground + 24/7 guest support, so you have nothing to worry about. 

How is Lumina different to Airbnb?

Airbnb/Expedia/Booking are all booking platforms, whereas Lumina is a professional property management company. We operate high-end, furnished apartments, luxury villas and hotels in well-appointed buildings for flexible-duration rentals. From professional management to customer service, we handle it all!

What if I need to cancel my stay?

We live in unexpected times reason why all our units offer flexible rate plans that allow for full refunds up to 5 days before arrival. This level of flexibility is available to our guests, regardless if you booked direct or through a 3rd party (i.e., AirBnb, Expedia, etc.). For cancellations on bookings via 3rd parties please contact them directly.
