What’s an extended stay?

Anything beyond a month we consider an extended stay.

What’s included with my stay?

All inclusive living means access to fully furnished units with equipped kitchens. We also include electricity, gas, HOA fees, water, internet in your rate. The units are move-in ready. 

With extended stay must I pay all in advance?

No, we will tailor a payment plan based on the length of your stay.

What happens if I need to extend?

We require that you let us know at least 30 days in advance so we can guarantee the stay in the same location. 

What happens if I need to cut my stay short?

You will sign a lease agreement and the conditions for early terminations will be specified in that agreement. The agreements vary per property and stay duration. 

How can I pay for my extended stay?

Credit card is the only form of payment we currently accept. Your credit card will also be kept on file for any changes to the reservation or unexpected damages to the property beyond traditional tear and wear.
